Account Registration

2.1 One Account Per Person
Each individual may operate only one 44kk account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all of those accounts may be closed and any balances held in them may be forfeited.
2.2 Account Security
The user is responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. 2.3 Verification
44kk may request additional information or documents at any time to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.
Age Restrictions
The 44kk platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or taking part in any gaming activity on this platform.
For ages 21+: At the time of account registration, users must confirm that they are at least 21 years old. 44kk may request the necessary documents at any time to verify age.
If an account belonging to a minor is identified, that account will be closed immediately and all funds in that account will be forfeited. 44kk is firmly committed to protecting minors.
Deposits & Withdrawals
The approved payment methods for depositing and withdrawing money on the 44kk platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions can be completed safely and quickly through these methods.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (applicable for each method).
- Deposits must be made only from a payment number registered in the account holder's own name.
- Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
- Deposited funds are generally added to the account within a few minutes.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same number used for the deposit or to the account holder's verified payment number.
- Withdrawals may not be possible until the wagering requirements related to a bonus have been met.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification process.
4.3 Currency
All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 44kk does not support transactions in foreign currencies.

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳42,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → Total balance ৳62,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies to the bonus only — not to the original deposited amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 wagered, after which earnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation Conditions
44kk reserves the right to cancel a bonus in the following situations:
- If there is suspicion of misuse or manipulation of the bonus system.
- If evidence is found of bonus claims from multiple accounts.
- In the event of a violation of bonus terms and conditions.
Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44kk platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure.
- Fraudulent activity, use of bots, or playing games through automated software.
- Misusing the bonus system or promotions.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.

Account Closure
44kk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances.
8.1 Closure by 44kk
- In the event of a violation of any clause of these terms.
- If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
- If age verification shows the account holder is under 21 years old.
- In cases of prolonged inactivity (with an opportunity given to reactivate the account).
8.2 Closure by the User
